“Appeals court upholds assisted suicide conviction”

A firmer nurse who was convicted of assisting two people in committing suicide, was rightly convicted, the Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday….The appeals court said the First Amendment does not bar the state from prosecuting someone for “instructing (suicidal people on) how to kill themselves and coaxing them to do so.”
