An attorney says the widow of 58-year-old John Celmer has reached a settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit filed against members of the suicide group (Final Exit Network) which was once charged with helping him die. Authorities charged the members of the final Exit Network in 2009 with violating the state’s assisted suicide law after a lengthy investigation into Celmer’s death.
