A New Hampshire group has gotten a three-year national grant to develop and implement a new program….The Foundation for Healthy Communities will develop the program known a Provider Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment [POLST]. The grant is funded by the Oregon Health & Science University’s Center for Ethics in Health Care. Maine is also getting a grant.
